Bruce Power has once again named one of Canada's best employers by Forbes. It's the fifth consecutive year Bruce Power has achieved the title.

In collaboration with Statista, Forbes conducts an independent survey of over 40,000 Canadian employees  working for Canadian companies and institutions with 500 or more employees, with the results being based primarily on the survey's results.

Bruce Power ranked 97 out of 100. The full results can be found here.

Survey questions include criteria such as salary, gender pay-equity, work flexibility, opportunities for advancement and training. Additional scores are based on public evaluations from friends or family members of employees or members of the public who work in the same industry.

“It’s an honour to be included as one of Canada’s Best Employers because it’s feedback that has been given by those who work at Bruce Power and those who are industry peers,” said Karen Smith, Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We’re proud to offer opportunities for our employees, partners and tradespeople who take pride in the work," Smith added.
